In 2012, the annual publication The Recorder issued its annual report on California’s top jury verdicts from 2011. The Recorder compiled the report from all the jury verdicts that occurred in every type of case across California (whether the case involved patent infringement, personal injury, or commercial disputes). After reviewing all those verdicts, The Recorder published its “California’s Million-Dollar Verdicts” issue, which featured Lari-Joni & Bassell. There were very few firms selected for the publication, and, even from the ones that were selected, Lari-Joni & Bassell placed in the top 60 verdicts.
