Nicole Lari-Joni is a partner at the firm, and she serves as one of the lead litigation and trial attorneys. Nicole Lari-Joni’s practice is concentrated on litigating and trying cases involving personal injury, contract disputes, and/or insurance bad faith. Nicole Lari-Joni’s personal injury practice covers a wide range of cases, but primarily focuses on severe and catastrophic injuries, including, but not limited to, brain injuries, burn injuries, and wrongful death.
In litigating the foregoing types of cases on behalf of her clients, Nicole Lari-Joni has obtained notable jury verdicts and settlements. In 2011, Nicole Lari-Joni was recognized as the Consumer Attorneys of California’s Woman Trial Lawyer of the Year. Additionally, in 2011, the City of Lancaster awarded a commendation to Nicole Lari-Joni for her excellence in advocating at trial for injured victim’s rights. Among other notable achievements, Nicole Lari-Joni was honored in 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 by SuperLawyers® as one of their Rising Stars.
